WCL invites online applications for engagement of Graduate, Diploma, Trade and Fresher Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 for the financial year 2025-26.

Apprenticeship Details

Total Vacancies: 1213 Apprentice Trainees
Training Duration: 12 Months
Location: Various Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh WCL Areas

Eligibility & Stipend

Age Limit (as on 01 Aug 2025)

• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 26 Years
• Relaxations: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC (NCL) +3 yrs, PwBD +10 yrs (15 yrs for SC/ST PwBD, 13 yrs for OBC PwBD)

Selection Process

1. Merit-based Selection

   • Graduate & Diploma Apprentices → Marks in Qualifying Exam.
   • ITI Trades → Average of 10th & ITI Marks.
   • Security Guard → 10th Marks.

2. Document Verification & Medical Test
   Shortlisted candidates (1.5 × vacancies) will be called for document scrutiny.

3. Contract Execution
   Through NATS (for Degree/Diploma) or NAPS (for Trade Apprentice).

2. Register on NATS / NAPS portal and note your enrolment ID.
3. Complete WCL online form with accurate details.
4. Upload scanned photo and signature as per instructions.
5. Submit and download final application copy for records.

Total 1213 apprentices will be engaged across these establishments.

General Instructions

• One application per candidate only.
• Multiple submissions will lead to disqualification.
• Apprentices will not claim regular employment in WCL.
• No TA/DA for document verification.
• Apprentices to arrange own accommodation and transport.
