This apprenticeship program is part of IOCL’s Skill Building Initiative, offering technical and non-technical training opportunities to eligible Indian nationals.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC (NCL) and PwBD candidates as per Government rules.

Selection Process

• No written examination
• No interview
• Selection based on:
  • Percentage of marks in qualifying examination
  • Merit list preparation
• Tie-breaking criteria:
  • Older candidate preferred
  • Higher matriculation marks if DOB is same

Stipend

Monthly stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, as amended from time to time.
