2. City & Date Intimation Link
The link for viewing Exam City & Exam Date and downloading Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates will be live from 19.11.2025 or earlier on official RRB websites.
3. City Intimation Slip Activation
SMS and Email alerts are being sent to candidates whose City Intimation Slip has been activated on their registered email IDs and mobile numbers.
4. E-Call Letter Download
E-Call Letters can be downloaded 4 days prior to the exam date mentioned in the City Intimation link.
5. How to Download City Intimation Slip
Follow the steps below to download your RRB City Intimation Slip:
- Visit the official RRB application portal: https://www.rrbapply.gov.in
- Click on the link titled "View Exam City & Date / Travel Pass for SC/ST"
- Log in using:
- Registration Number
- Date of Birth
- Security Captcha
- After login, your Exam City, Exam Date, Shift Details, and Travel Pass (if applicable) will be displayed.
- Download and save the City Intimation Slip for future reference.
6. Retrieve Application Details
Candidates can visit https://www.rrbapply.gov.in to:
- Get their application registration number
- Recover login credentials using the Forgot Password link
