Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in:
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering OR
  • Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) project execution
• Out of this, at least 4 years experience in OFC Operations & Maintenance

Age Limit

• Maximum 40 years as on 19 December 2025
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules

Job Responsibilities (Indicative)

• Supervision of Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) laying and commissioning
• Operation & maintenance of fibre optic networks
• Fault identification using OTDR and other tools
• Fibre splicing, testing, and restoration
• Coordination with project teams and field engineers
• Monitoring performance parameters under telecom projects

Selection Process

Contract & Remuneration

• Engagement will be on contract basis
• Initial contract period: 1 year
