DRDO CFEES Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 38 ITI Posts

Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Centre for Fire, Explosive & Environment Safety (CFEES), Delhi, has invited online applications for 38 ITI Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible candidates can apply online through the Apprenticeship India Portal before the closing date.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• ITI passed in the relevant trade
• ITI Certificate must be NCVT approved
• Training period of ITI must be minimum 2 years (except COPA)

Not Eligible

The following are not eligible:

• Diploma / Graduate candidates
• Candidates who completed ITI before 2023
• Candidates who already completed apprenticeship
• Candidates with more than 1 year of work experience

Age Limit (as on last date)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum varies by category:

Stipend

• ₹9,600 per month
• No additional facilities provided such as accommodation, transport, or medical reimbursement.

Training Conditions

• Training period is 1 year only
• No TA/DA will be provided
• Hostels/quarters are not provided
• Apprentices are not entitled to assurance of employment after training
• Any misconduct may lead to cancellation of apprenticeship
• Candidates must strictly follow laboratory safety procedures

Reservation Policy

Reservation will be applicable as per Government Apprenticeship Rules:

• SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will receive reservation benefits
• OBC candidates must have valid non-creamy layer certificate
• Vacancies may change depending on organisational requirements
