Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering OR
- Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) project execution
- Out of this, at least 4 years experience in OFC Operations & Maintenance
Age Limit
- Maximum 40 years as on 19 December 2025
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules
Job Responsibilities (Indicative)
- Supervision of Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) laying and commissioning
- Operation & maintenance of fibre optic networks
- Fault identification using OTDR and other tools
- Fibre splicing, testing, and restoration
- Coordination with project teams and field engineers
- Monitoring performance parameters under telecom projects
Selection Process
- Walk-in Interview

- Final Selection based on experience and interview performance

Contract & Remuneration
- Engagement will be on contract basis
- Initial contract period: 1 year
- Extendable up to 3 years based on project requirement and performance
- Monthly remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and qualification
