Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized institute
• Valid Overman Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS for Coal under CMR 2017 / CMR 1957
• Valid First Aid Certificate recognized by DGMS

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as Overman in open cast coal mines

• Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules

Period of Engagement

• Initial contract period: 5 years
• Extendable by 2 additional years based on annual performance review
