Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • ITI / Diploma / Graduate in relevant trade/discipline from a recognized NCVT/SCVT/University/Institute.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on the closing date of application.
  • Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10 years).

Pay Scale

• Selected candidates will be placed as Workman Trainee (W3 Grade).
• Basic Pay: ₹21,500 – ₹85,000/- (IDA Pay Scale)
• In addition, candidates will receive:
  • DA, HRA, Medical Facilities, Performance Pay
  • Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension, and other benefits as per PSU rules

Selection Process (Detailed)

6.1 For Workman Trainee (Electrician / Fitter / Turner / Welder / Storekeeper / Surveyor)

a) Selection will consist of Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
b) Qualifying Marks in CBT:

• UR/EWS/Others: 50% (50 Marks)
• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 40% (40 Marks)
  c) Based on CBT merit, candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) in the ratio of 1:3 (maximum) per post or as per Management criteria.

6.2 For Workman Trainee Assistant (Accounts / Driver / Assistant)

a) Selection will consist of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Trade Test.
b) Qualifying Marks in CBT:

• UR/EWS/Others: 50% (50 Marks)
• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 40% (40 Marks)
  c) Candidates shortlisted on CBT merit will be called for Trade Test & DV in the ratio of 1:3 (maximum).
  d) Trade Test:
• Qualifying in nature, no weightage in final merit.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • UR/EWS/Others: 50%
  • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 40%
• For Assistant Trainee Post: Candidates must qualify at least one language proficiency test (Hindi or English).
