Detailed Selection Process
1. Grade B & C Posts (except Security)
- Phase I: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- 100 marks, duration 1 hr 30 min
- Qualifying Marks:
- 50% for UR/OBC/EWS
- 40% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Phase II: Personal Interview (PI)
- 15 marks
- Final Merit List: Based on CBT (85% weightage) + PI (15% weightage).
2. Senior Officer (Security) – Post Code SO-17
- Selection through Personal Interview only.
- Candidates must have 2 years of relevant defense/paramilitary experience.
3. Confidential Secretary – Post Code CS-20
- Phase I: CBT (100 marks, qualifying 40% for PwBD)
- Phase II: Skill/Proficiency Test (100 marks, 50% qualifying)
- Final merit based on CBT (only those passing Skill Test considered).
4. Hindi Officer – Post Code HO-21
- Phase I: CBT (100 marks)
- Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR, 40% for PwBD
- Phase II: Skill/Proficiency Test (100 marks, 50% qualifying)
- Final selection based on CBT marks of candidates passing Skill Test.
