Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in operation / maintenance of Electrical Systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Petroleum Industry.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in port operations or related industries
- Familiarity with SCADA systems
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
Age Limit
- Candidate must be below 35 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Candidate should be in good health.
Soft Skills Required
- Willingness to learn and work across departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Period of Engagement
- Initial engagement for 2 years
- Extendable by additional 2 years based on performance
- Performance review will be conducted every 6 months

Leave & Benefits
