Only regular full-time courses are eligible.

Important Eligibility Conditions
- Result must be declared before 31.01.2026
- Candidates must not have completed 5 years after qualification
- Candidates with 1 year or more job experience after qualification are not eligible
- Higher qualifications (BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA etc.) are not allowed
- Only one trade application allowed
Selection Process
There will be NO written test.
Selection will be based on:
- Percentage of marks in qualifying examination
- Merit list (descending order)
- Tie-breaker: Date of birth (older candidate preferred)

STEP II – Fill Microsoft / Google Form
After applying on NAPS/NATS:

- Go to Haldia Refinery Apprentice Notification
- Click “Submit Additional Information on Microsoft Form”
- Enter NATS/NAPS registration number correctly
- Submit only ONE response
Completion of BOTH Step I and Step II is compulsory.
