Application Process

Step 1 – Registration

• ITI & Data Entry Operator Applicants: Register on NAPS Portal → apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• Graduate & Diploma Applicants: Register on NATS Portal → nats.education.gov.in

Step 2 – Profile Update

• Ensure your personal, educational, and category details are correct in the NATS/NAPS profile.
• Upload marks, documents, and certificates as required.

Step 3 – Apply to IOCL

• Log in to your registered portal.
• Search for apprenticeship opportunities using IOCL Establishment IDs:
  • NATS ID: NDLSDC000005
  • NAPS ID: E05200700003
• Select the relevant Discipline Code and submit application.

Step 4 – Upload Documents on IOCL Website

• Prepare a single PDF file (Max 5 MB) with required documents (Xth certificate, mark sheets, caste/EWS/PwBD certificates, Aadhaar, PAN, photo, signature).
• Upload through the IOCL official link → www.iocl.com/apprenticeships.

Step 5 – Document Verification & Medical Fitness

• Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email/SMS.
• Attend verification with original certificates and undergo pre-engagement medical examination.
