The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of four years and posted at HAL Accessories Division, Lucknow and HAL Avionics Division, Korwa (Uttar Pradesh).

Pay Scale and Remuneration
- Pay Scale: ₹22,000 – ₹90,000 (C-5 Level)
- Basic Pay: ₹22,000 per month
- DA, HRA, Perks @ 25% of Basic Pay
- Medical Allowance: ₹1,500 per month
- Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay during tenure
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- NAC (3 Years)
OR - ITI (2 Years) + NAC / NCTVT (1 Year)
in the relevant trade from institutes recognized by NCVT / statutory authorities.
Candidates possessing higher qualifications than prescribed are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 25 November 2025)
- UR / EWS: 28 Years
- OBC (NCL): 31 Years
- SC / ST: 33 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for PwBD, Ex-Apprentices of HAL, Ex-Servicemen and candidates with relevant experience as per HAL rules.
Selection Process
- Selection will be done through Written Test only.
- Written Test Duration: 2½ Hours
- Question Paper Pattern:
- Part I: General Awareness – 20 Questions
- Part II: English & Reasoning – 40 Questions
- Part III: Concerned Trade – 100 Questions
- Total Questions: 160
- Each question carries 1 mark
- No negative marking
Candidates shortlisted in the Written Test will be called for Document Verification.
