Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Barrackpore Division, has released an official notification for the engagement of Engineering Graduate, Diploma (Technician), and General Stream Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the training year 2026–27.

This one-year apprenticeship training program is designed to provide practical industry exposure and hands-on experience to eligible candidates in a professional aerospace environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have completed regular full-time qualification
  • Eligible pass-out years: 2021 to 2025
  • Candidates already registered or undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible
  • Candidates with one year or more work experience are not eligible

Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 26 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / PwBD candidates as per Government rules.


Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act, 1961 and Rules, as amended from time to time.


Selection Process

  • No written test or interview
  • Selection will be based purely on:
    • Marks obtained in Diploma / Degree / Graduation
  • Final engagement subject to:
    • Document verification
    • Medical fitness
