Pay Scale
- STA-B: Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
- Technician-A: Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Employees are also entitled to DA, HRA, TA, Medical facilities, LTC and other allowances as per Government rules.

Educational Qualification
STA-B
- B.Sc Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Higher qualifications (B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc / PhD) are not eligible
Technician-A
- Xth Pass + ITI Certificate in relevant trade
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 28 Years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/ESM as per Government norms

STA-B
- UR/OBC/EWS/MSP: ₹750
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women: ₹500
Technician-A

₹500 is refundable to candidates who appear in Tier-I CBT.
