Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorβs Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Must be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Higher qualification in Law (LLM) and/or experience in legal practice may be desirable depending on final advertisement details.
Nationality
- Indian citizens.
- Citizens of Nepal & Bhutan may also apply as per Government of India rules.
