Candidates must possess qualifications as per trade-wise eligibility listed in the vacancy table.

Selection will be based on:
Tie-breaking: Candidate older in age will be preferred.
Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act and IOCL rules applicable for Trade and Technician apprentices.
Training period varies between 12 months to 24 months depending on the apprentice trade.
