IPPB aims to lead India’s next revolution in banking and financial literacy by leveraging the vast postal network of over 1.65 lakh post offices and 3 lakh Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) to deliver doorstep banking services across the country.

Salary Details
- Monthly Pay: ₹30,000 (inclusive of statutory deductions & contributions)
- Increment: Annual performance-based increment and incentives
- Other Allowances: No additional pay/bonus applicable beyond the lump sum amount
Tenure of Engagement
- Duration: 1 year (extendable up to 2 additional years based on performance)
- Performance Review: Conducted every 6 months
- Cooling Period: 2 years mandatory gap after each engagement period before reapplying
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on merit, determined by the percentage of marks obtained in graduation.
- IPPB reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if required.
- In case of tie: preference will be given to the candidate with higher seniority in the Department of Posts.
- Verification includes:
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate
- Penalty record (if any) over last 5 years

Job Responsibilities (Executive)
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for IPPB products.
- Conduct financial literacy programs and customer acquisition drives.
- Support GDS and postal staff in lead generation and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with DoP inspectors and Postmasters for operational synergy.
- Assist IPPB officers in operations and customer relations.
- Drive business through campaigns and partner networks.
Leave & Service Conditions
- Governed by GDS (Conduct & Engagement) Rules, 2020.
- Leave will be paid by IPPB during engagement.
- The ad-hoc engagement period will be counted for GDS seniority and discharge benefits.
